people behind me were like talking about tht boy.

'the boy has no proper upbringing and parental guidence.'
i was like ehh.
i mean alright his parents shld look after him and not let him be so playful.
but why blame his upbringing?
he's only a hyper active child. he still has lots to learn and shld be guided.
